Alix Martin founded Alston Web Weavers in 2010. She had been making websites for several years before that and in fact started building sites with a app called Homepage - Apple's original web development programme.
In 2005 Alix discovered Rapidweaver an app built by two brothers in Brighton, England. She has worked with Rapidweaver ever since. Over the years Rapidweaver has developed into a very serious web app that can do pretty much any design that can be built on the web.
Alix does lots of websites for voluntary organisations and small businesses. She works with them to make sure that the design and development of the site is exactly what the person wants. She has often worked hours on end to make sure that the site is exactly what is wanted. She gives a really personal and professional service
